Dr.Sci.Tech., Professor, Head of Laboratory No.31 of the Nuclear Reactor of Tomsk Polytechnic University, Educational and Scientific Center "Research Nuclear Reactor", Head of the Production Department of Radiopharmaceuticals National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (Tomsk).

Professor Viktor S. Skuridin, Doctor of Technical Sciences, serves as Consultant Professor at Laboratory No. 31 of the Nuclear Reactor (URC NNR) at National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU). The Laboratory's primary activities encompass theoretical and experimental research in nuclear and radiation physics, radiation technologies for medicine and industry, alongside developing new waste-free technologies for producing short-lived isotopes. The laboratory houses operational Production Department for radiopharmaceuticals  (manufacturing diagnostic and therapeutic agents) and a Quality Control Department for radiopharmaceuticals  .

Professor Skuridin's research focuses on developing methods for obtaining short-lived isotopes and radiopharmaceuticals, creating radionuclide-labeled compounds, and designing nanoscale materials for medical applications. He defended his Doctor of Technical Sciences dissertation in 2002 titled: "Development of Technologies for Producing Short-Lived Radionuclides and Diagnostic Agents Based on Them Using Medium-Power Radiation Facilities."

His scientific contributions have been recognized with the following honors:

  • Laureate of Tomsk Oblast in Education and Science (2005)
  • "Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation" (2008)
  • Gold Medals and Diplomas at the IX Moscow International Salon of Innovations and Investments (2009)
  • Gold Medals and Diplomas at the St. Petersburg Technical Fair (2010).

Professor Skuridin is a member of the Academic Council of the TPU Institute of Physics and Technology.

Advanced Training:

  • Modern radiation safety requirements for nuclear energy operations
