Dr.Sci.Med., Head of the Department of X-ray and Radionuclide Diagnostic Methods of Federal State Budgetary Institution “Federal center of brain research and neurotechnologies” of the Federal Medical Biological Agency, Professor of the Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Department of the Russian Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education of the Ministry of Health of Russia (Moscow).
Professor Mikhail Dolgushin, Doctor of Medical Sciences, serves as Head of the Department of Radiological and Radionuclide Diagnostic Methods and Chief of the Radiological and Radionuclide Diagnostic Methods Division. He holds the academic title of Professor at both the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) and the Russian Medical Academy of Continuous Professional Education (RMANPO), specializing in Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging with a focus on neuroimaging techniques including direct angiography, CT, MRI, SPECT/CT, PET/CT, and PET/MRI.
Professor Dolgushin graduated from I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy in 2001 and completed his residency in Radiology at the N.N. Burdenko Neurosurgery Institute in 2003. His doctoral dissertation, defended in 2013, focused on "Neuroimaging of Brain Metastases of Malignant Tumors and Assessment of Treatment Efficacy". He has authored over 100 scientific publications in national and international journals and co-authored several monographs.
