ПЭТ/КТ-визуализация рака предстательной железы. Современные варианты радиофармпрепаратов

Аннотация

Представлен обзор литературы по современным возможностям радионуклидной визуализации рака предстательной железы. Рассмотрены различные взгляды и опыт использования ПЭТ/КТ для визуализации рака предстательной железы. Особое внимание уделено применению различных радиофармпрепаратов (РФП), используемых в стадировании, рестадировании рака предстательной железы, а также мониторинге ответа на проведенное лечение. Освещены достоинства и недостатки большинства РФП, применяемых для поиска рецидива заболевания, а также особенности их использования в различных клинических ситуациях. Обсуждены особенности влияния гормональной терапии рака предстательной железы на визуализацию.
