Дистанционная лучевая терапия в лечении больных периваскулярными эпителиодно-клеточными опухолями

Основным методом лечения больных периваскулярными эпителиодно-клеточными опухолями (ПЭКомами) — редкими мезенхимальными опухолями — является хирургическое удаление опухоли, а дистанционная лучевая терапия исторически считается малоэффективной. Однако отдельные случаи, описанные в зарубежной литературе, а также опыт авторов данной статьи в виде приведённого в ней клинического примера, показывают возможность достижения определённого противоопухолевого эффекта за счёт использования агрессивных подходов в лучевой терапии. Перспективным выглядит применение вариаций стереотаксической радиотерапии с высокими разовыми и суммарными очаговыми дозами в качестве неоадъювантного и самостоятельного лечения.
