Перспективная роль послеоперационной стереотаксической лучевой терапии у больных раком предстательной железы.

Аннотация
Послеоперационная лучевая терапия — стандартная лечебная тактика у больных раком предстательной железы (РПЖ) после радикальной простатэктомии (РПЭ), показаниями к которой являются высокий риск прогрессии (адъювантная лучевая терапия), а также регистрация биохимического или клинического рецидива заболевания (спасительная лучевая терапия). В последние годы проводятся исследования по оценке эффективности и безопасности использования у больных этой категории гипофракционированных режимов облучения, существенно сокращающих сроки лечения. Начиная с 2015 г., в зарубежной практике начали применять режим экстремального гипофракционирования или стереотаксической лучевой терапии (СТЛТ) на область ложа удаленной предстательной железы (ЛУПЖ), позволяющий подвести всю предписанную дозу за пять-семь фракций. В настоящее время НМИЦ онкологии им. Н.Н. Петрова обладает длительным (более пяти лет) опытом применения СТЛТ на область ЛУПЖ. Цель данной работы — ознакомить радиационных онкологов, онкоурологов и специалистов смежных специальностей с различными аспектами нового перспективного подхода к послеоперационному облучению области ЛУПЖ.
