Предоперационная эмболизация сосудов опухолей позвоночника (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Представлено современное состояние методики предоперационной эмболизации опухолей позвоночника как эффективного способа снижения интраоперационной кровопотери. Описаны основные особенности сосудистой анатомии позвоночника и спинного мозга, современные показания и противопоказания к проведению данного вмешательства. Проанализирована актуальная литература и приведены результаты исследований, подтверждающие эффективность методики и наличие необходимости актуализации техники выполнения данной процедуры в соответствии с современными наработками в сфере создания новых эмболизирующих агентов. Обзор современной литературы свидетельствует об отсутствии единого мнения о роли трансартериальной эмболизации сосудов опухолей позвоночника в эффективности снижения объёма массивной интраоперационной кровопотери. В литературе нет сравнительного анализа эффективности использования различных эмболизационных агентов.
