Для наблюдения за всеми этими пациентами после операции выполняли ОСГ и ОФЭКТ/КТ. О состоятельности аутотрансплантатов судили на основании картины накопления РФП при ОСГ и ОФЭКТ/КТ в пересаженном лоскуте.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: По данным ОСГ достоверная информация о состоянии трансплантата была получена в 28 из 37 случаев у больных с неосложненным послеоперационным течением. ОФЭКТ/КТ была выполнена в дополнение к ОСГ. Повышение накопления РФП в трансплантатах было показано с помощью ОФЭКТ/КТ у всех пациентов с неосложненным клиническим течением. При тромбозе питающих аутотрансплантат сосудов на ОФЭКТ/КТ отмечалось отсутствие аккумуляции РФП у 5 больных. Таким образом, при ОФЭКТ/КТ получены достоверные данные в 100 % клинических случаев.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: ОФЭКТ/КТ рекомендуется для использования в раннем послеоперационном контроле за пациентами, перенесшими реконструктивные оперативные вмешательства с формированием челюстных аутотрансплантатов. ОФЭКТ/КТ способна адекватно оценивать эффективность кровотока и жизнеспособность перемещенных свободных костных трансплантатов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To determine the relative efficiency of bone scan and SPECT/CT in assessing the viability of the mandibular and maxillary bone fragments in the reconstruction of revascularized autografts.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods: 37 patients with vascularized autografts were examined. Bone scan and SPECT/CT were performed as monitoring methods after surgery. The viability of autotransplants was judged on the levels of accumulation of radiopharmaceutical on bone scan and SPECT/CT in a transplanted flap.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Bone scan gave a reliable information  on the status of the autograft in 28 out of 37 cases in patients with uncomplicated postoperative course. Additionally SPECT/CT was performed. SPECT/CT showed an increased accumulation of radiopharmaceutical in all patients with uncomplicated postoperative course. If thrombosis of supplying autograft vessels were present, SPECT/CT showed no accumulation of radiopharmaceutical – 5 patients. Thus SPECT/ CT allow to obtain a reliable data in 100 % of clinical cases.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: SPECT/CT is recommended  as a method  of choice for early monitoring  of patients undergoing reconstructive surgery with the formation of mandibular and maxillary autografts.
