Также были проведены КТ и МРТ с внутривенным контрастированием, гистологическое и иммуногистохимическое исследование послеоперационного материала.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Выявлены различия в накоплении 18F-холина и 18F-ФДГ в отдельных участках гепатохолангиоцеллюлярного рака – в области холангиокарциномы и в области низкодифференцированного гепатоцеллюлярного рака.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: Комбинированное использование в ПЭТ/КТ 18F-ФДГ и 18F-холина в комплексе с КТ/МРТ с внутривенным контрастированием может повысить качество первичной дифференциальной диагностики у больных с опухолевыми заболеваниями печени, а в некоторых случаях предположить их морфологические особенности.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To estimate the diagnosis value of PET/CT with 18F-choline and 18F-FDG in case of mixed hepatocellular (HCC) and cholangiocellular cancer (CCC).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods: PET/CT with 18F-choline and 18F-FDG was performed on 56 years old patient with diagnosed liver cancer. Contrast-enhanced CT and MRI, histological and immunohistochemical studies of postoperative material were also performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Difference of the accumulation of 18F-choline and 18F-FDG in some areas of mixed hepatocellular and cholangiocellular cancer was detected: in the field of CCC and in the field of poor-differentiated HCC.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: 18F-choline has a low diagnostic value in the detection of CCC and poor differentiated HCC, in contrast to 18F-FDG.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ПЭТ</kwd><kwd>18F-холин</kwd><kwd>18F-фтордезоксиглюкоза</kwd><kwd>гепатоцеллюлярный рак</kwd><kwd>холангиоцеллюлярный рак</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>PET</kwd><kwd>18F-FDG</kwd><kwd>18F-choline</kwd><kwd>hepatocellular cancer</kwd><kwd>cholangiocellular cancer</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Патютко Ю.И., Сагайдак И.В., Чучуев Е.С. и соавт.
