Цель: Продемонстрировать рентгенорадиологические проявления редкого доброкачественного состояния детского возраста.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы: В исследование вошли 7 пациентов онкологического профиля, обследованных с целью исключения метастатического поражения костей. Выборка была сформирована за 2024 и 2025 гг. Всем пациентам была проведена остеосцинтиграфия, дополненная ОФЭКТ/КТ.

Результаты

Результаты: Во всех случаях наблюдались классические проявления состояния, описанные в литературных источниках.

Заключение

Заключение: В первую очередь ввиду своей редкости синдром может вызывать затруднения в дифференциальной диагностике с другими состояниями, в том числе злокачественными. Повышение осведомленности поможет избежать ненужных лечебных и диагностических вмешательств.

Purpose

Purpose: To demonstrate radiological manifestations of a rare benign disease of childhood.

Materials and Methods

Materials and Methods: The study included 7 cancer patients examined to rule out bone metastases. The sample was collected in 2024 and 2025. All patients underwent bone scans, supplemented by SPECT/CT.

Results

Results: In all cases, classic manifestations of the condition described in the literature were observed.

Conclusion

Conclusion: Primarily due to its rarity, the syndrome can be challenging to differentiate from other conditions, including malignancies. Raising awareness will help avoid unnecessary treatment and diagnostic interventions.
