Для методики детекции СЛУ с ультразвуковым контрастированием использовали препарат Соновью (Bracco Swiss, SA, Швейцария). Для выполнения радионуклидной радиометрии использовали препарат 99mTc-технефит.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Частота детекции сигнального лимфатического узла с применением ультразвукового контраста в первой и второй группе составила 97,6% и 89,9% соответственно, с применением радиофармпрепарата 90,4% и 87% соответственно. Кордантность двух методик составила 91%. Метастазы в сигнальных лимфоузлах выявлены в 44 случаях (28,9%). Частота детекции метастатического сигнального лимфоузла с использованием ультразвукового контраста составила 95,5%, с использованием радиофармпрепарата — 88,6%.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: Методика детекции сигнального лимфатического узла с использованием ультразвукового контрастирования при раке молочной железы характеризуется простотой и быстротой выполнения, а высокие показатели детекции позволяют применять ее как самостоятельную технологию при аксиллярном стадировании.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To study the diagnostic capabilities of the ultrasonic contrast agent sulfur hexafluoride in the detection of sentinel lymph nodes in patients with breast cancer; to assess the cordance of radioisotope and ultrasound techniques in the detection of sentinel lymph nodes.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: In this study included 152 patients with breast cancer (clinical stages T1‑3N0‑1M0), mean age 52.0±12.5 years. For the method of detecting SLN with ultrasound contrast, the drug Sonovue (Bracco Swiss, SA, Switzerland) was used.</p></sec><sec><title>Discussion</title><p>Discussion: The frequency of sentinel lymph node detection using ultrasound contrast in the first and second groups was 97.6% and 89.9%, respectively, with the use of radiopharmaceuticals, 90.4% and 87%, respectively. The cordance of the two methods was 91%. Metastases in the sentinel lymph nodes were detected in 44 cases (28.9%).
