Липомы крупных центральных вен встречаются редко. Наиболее распространенной локализацией этих опухолей является нижняя полая вена (НПВ), где они обнаруживаются примерно у 0,5 % общей популяции при компьютерной томографии с контрастным усилением (КТ). В литературе на данный момент не опубликованы клинические случаи липом в плечеголовной вене, которые были бы выявлены при прохождении пациентом ПЭТ/КТ – исследования. Приводим клинический случай пациента с первично-множественный метахронными опухолевыми процессами: рак предстательной железы, рак молочной железы, рак почки, которому было проведено ПЭТ/КТ с 18F-ПСМА-1007.

Lipomas of large central veins are rare. The most common localization of these tumors is the inferior vena cava (LVA), where they are found in about 0.5 % of the general population during contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT). Currently, no clinical cases of lipomas in the brachiocephalic vein have been published in the literature, which would have been detected during PET/CT examination. Here is a clinical case of a patient with primary multiple metachronous tumor processes: prostate cancer, breast cancer, kidney cancer, that has undergone PET/CT scan with 18F - PSMA-1007.
