Все пациенты на предоперационном этапе проходили ПЭТ/КТ-исследование с ¹⁸F-FDG в период с 2020 по 2024 гг. в НМИЦ онкологии им. Н.Н. Блохина МЗ РФ. Оценивалась визуализация метастатического поражения лимфатических узлов при сопоставлении с данными гистологического исследования постоперационного материала и данных клинического наблюдения.Результаты: В нашем исследовании ПЭТ/КТ с 18F-FDG продемонстрировала чувствительность 86 % и специфичность 78 % в оценке пораженных регионарных лимфатических узлов.Заключение: ПЭТ/КТ с 18F-FDG является ценным методом визуализации при первичном N-стадировании плоскоклеточного рака пищевода, за счет обнаружения структурно неизмененных пораженных лимфатических узлов. Имеющиеся ограничения метода требуют комплексного диагностического подхода в сочетании с динамическим наблюдением.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose: To study the diagnostic value of PET/CT with 18F-FDG in evaluation of metastases in lymph nodes of esophageal cancer.Materials and methods: The retrospective study included 70 patients with squamous cell esophageal cancer. All patients underwent PET/CT with 18F-FDG from 2020 to 2024 in the N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center of Oncology. Metastases in the regional lymph nodes were-evaluated by PET/CT with 18F-FDG. Histological verification was performed in all cases.Results: PET/CT with 18F-FDG demonstrated sensitivity 86 % and specificity 78 % of visualization of metastases in the regional lymph nodes.Conclusion: PET/CT with 18F-FDG is a promising imaging method in evaluation of cancer extent squamous cell esophageal carcinoma, detecting metastases in unchanged lymph nodes.
