Всем пациентам на предоперационном этапе в зависимости от рентгено-сонографических признаков выполнялись различные виды интервенционных вмешательств, включающие тонкоигольную аспирационную биопсию (ТАБ), coreбиопсию, вакуумную биопсию. Достоверность анализа основана на сопоставлении данных морфологического исследования, полученных на предоперационном этапе, с результатами планового гистологического изучения операционного материала.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: В предоперационной диагностике DCIS биопсия со вспомогательным вакуумом и core-биопсия как методы гистологической верификации превосходят по своей эффективности ТАБ. Точность core-биопсии составила 66,7 %, биопсии со вспомогательным вакуумом – 96 %.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: Адекватное использование интервенционных технологий в алгоритме обследования больных на предоперационном этапе позволяет правильно планировать последующую тактику лечения больных РМЖ с учетом всех общемировых стандартов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To determinate the accuracy percutaneous methods breast biopsies in the diagnosis of DCIS.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods: We reviewed a series of 30 women with DCIS who performed breast biopsy under mammographic and ultrasonographic guidance. The biopsy findings were compared with surgical biopsy.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Vacuum-assisted breast biopsy is an accurate diagnostic alternative to surgical biopsy in patients with noninvasive carcinoma. The accuracy of fine needle aspiration is relatively low.
