Всем пациентам проведены ПЭТ/КТ с 68Ga-FAPI и ПЭТ/КТ с 18F-FDG. Сравнивалась диагностическая точность методов по параметрам чувствительности и специфичности в отношении выявления метастатического поражения регионарных лимфатических узлов. Оценка данных проводилась на основании гистологически верифицированного заболевания и данных клинического наблюдения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: ПЭТ/КТ с 68Ga-FAPI является более эффективным методом диагностики для определения метастазов в регионарных лимфатических узлах, чем ПЭТ/КТ с 18F-FDG. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о перспективности использования ПЭТ/КТ с 68Ga-FAPI в клинической практике для более точной диагностики и выбора тактики лечения при раке желудка.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To determine the diagnostic effectiveness of PET/CT with 68Ga-FAPI in gastric cancer.</p></sec><sec><title>Matreial and Methods</title><p>Matreial and Methods:The study included 42 patients with histologically confirmed gastric cancer. All patients underwent PET/CT with 68Ga-FAPI and PET/CT with 18F-FDG. The diagnostic accuracy of the methods was compared based on sensitivity and specificity parameters in detecting metastatic involvement of regional lymph nodes. Data assessment was conducted based on histologically verified disease and clinical follow-up data.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: PET/CT with 68Ga-FAPI is a more effective diagnostic method for detecting metastases in regional lymph nodes compared to PET/CT with 18F-FDG.
