Для онкогинекологии возможность использования трехмерного планирования кардинально изменила принципы лечения больных не только с помощью конформной лучевой терапии, но и в брахитерапии. Целью этих прогрессивных изменений является улучшение клинических результатов. Для получения высокого уровня результативности необходимо решать ряд организационных проблем.

The possibility of using three-dimensional reconstructed treatment planning radically changed the principles of treating Gynecological cancers with the help of conformal radiotherapy, and in brachytherapy as well. The goal of these progressive changes is to improve clinical outcomes. To obtain a high level of effectiveness, it is necessary to solve a number of organizational problems.
