Рак легкого остается глобальной проблемой онкологии. Работы последних лет направлены на изучение эффективности новых комбинаций иммунологических и таргетных препаратов. Представлено клиническое наблюдение успешного применения комбинации местнодеструктирующих воздействий — эндобронхиальной фотодинамической терапии и лучевой терапии с иммуностимуляцией отечественным рекомбинантным интерлейкином‑2 в лечении больного с поздней стадией рака легкого. К настоящему времени прошло 4 года с момента обращения пациента и установки диагноза. Состояние больного удовлетворительное, жалоб не предъявляет, физическая активность полностью сохранена.
Lung cancer remains a global cancer problem. Recent studies have focused on the effectiveness of new combinations of immunological and targeted drugs. A clinical observation of the successful use of a combination of locally destructive effects — endobronchial photodynamic therapy and radiation therapy with immunostimulation with domestic recombinant interleukin — 2 in the treatment of a patient with late‑stage lung cancer is presented. To date, 41 months (3.5 years) have passed since the patient’s treatment and diagnosis. The patient’s condition is satisfactory, he does not complain, physical activity is completely preserved.
