ПЭТ/КТ с 68Ga-FAPI позволила выявить первичный очаг, который локализовался в левой молочной железе и не накапливал 18F-ФДГ. По данным маммографии, образование в левой молочной железе расценено как доброкачественные изменения (BI-RADS-2). По результатам гистологического исследования узел в левой молочной железе соответствовал инвазивному протоковому раку.</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение: ПЭТ/КТ с 68Ga-FAPI потенциально может превзойти ПЭТ/КТ с 18F-ФДГ в выявлении первичной опухоли при метастазах из НПО.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Purpose</title><p>   Purpose: Analysis of a clinical case of detection the primary focus in a patient with metastatic liver damage from cancer of unknown primary localization using PET/CT with 68Ga-FAPI.</p></sec><sec><title>   Material and methods</title><p>   Material and methods: A patient with metastatic liver damage from CUP underwent a set of diagnostic methods, according to the results of which the primary focus was not detected. PET/CT with 68Ga-FAPI revealed the primary focus, which was localize in the left breast and did not accumulate 18F-FDG. According to mammography, the formation in the left breast was regard as benign changes (BI-RADS-2).
