Это особенно важно у пациенток, получающих системное лечение, которое само по себе обладает клинически значимой кардио- и пульмонотоксичностью.</p><p> Представленный клинический случай демонстрирует возможность снижения доз на органы риска путем применения современных технологий конформной лучевой терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Radiation therapy of the primary tumor can be a stage of treatment of patients with initial IV stage breast cancer, being delievered out not only in purpose of decreasing symptom’s severity, but with an increase of progression-free survival.</p><p>Modern technologies of radiation therapy, including intensity-modulated radiotherapy and radiation therapy with deep inspiration under the control of breathing (Respiratory Gating), can significantly reduce dose to risk organs and ensure a homogeneous isodose distribution in the irradiated area, which is especially important in patients receiving systemic treatment, which in itself has clinically significant cardio- and pulmonotoxicity.</p><p>The presented clinical case demonstrates the possibility of dose reduction to organs at risk with usage of modern technologies of conformal radiation therapy.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лучевая терапия</kwd><kwd>модуляция интенсивности</kwd><kwd>рак молочных желез</kwd><kwd>респираторная синхронизацция</kwd><kwd>билатеральное поражение</kwd><kwd>гипофракционирование</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>IMRT</kwd><kwd>bilateral breast cancer</kwd><kwd>respiratory gating</kwd><kwd>hypofractionation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Каприн АД, Старинский ВВ, Шахзадова АО.
