Помимо клинико-лабораторных данных важную роль в выявлении данной патологии играет магнитно-резонансная томография (МРТ) головного мозга, обладающая достаточно высокой специфичностью. Однако для правильной интерпретации данных МРТ необходима высокая степень информированности врачей-рентгенологов об ЭВ.</p><p>В настоящей публикации представлено два собственных клинических наблюдения пациентов, которые перенесли оперативные вмешательства на органах желудочно-кишечного тракта, осложнившиеся энцефалопатией Вернике, МРТ-картина и клинические проявления, описаны ключевые особенности этиологии и патогенеза этого патологического процесса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Wernicke encephalopathy (WE)is a rareneurologicaldisorderinducedby vitaminB1 deficiency(thiamine), which is associated with high risks of Korsakoff psychosis and death in case of untimely initiation ofspecific therapy. In addition to clinical and laboratory data, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain, which has a fairly high specificity, plays an important role in detecting this pathology.
