В анамнезе проводилась лапароскопическая операция по поводу бесплодия, неоднократное удаление фиброаденом молочных желез. При первичном обследовании — подозрение на первичную опухоль в прямой кишке с метастатическим поражением печени, поджелудочной железы и брюшины по результатам ультразвукового исследования (УЗИ). С целью детальной дифференциальной диагностики выявленных образований были выполнены магнитно-резонансная томография (МРТ) органов брюшной полости и малого таза с внутривенным контрастированием, колоноскопия, рентгенография легких и позитронно-эмиссионная томография, совмещенная с компьютерной томографией (ПЭТ/КТ).Заключение: Мультимодальный подход в дифференциальной диагностике экстрагенитального эндометриоза и злокачественных новообразований с использованием различных методов лучевой визуализации позволяет детально оценить распространенность патологического процесса и в кратчайшие сроки определить тактику лечения пациентки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose: To review the clinical case of deep infiltrative endometriosis in the patient with suspicious of colorectal cancer.Material and methods: Patient 47 years old with complaints of pain in the right hypogastrium for several weeks. Anamnesis of laparoscopic surgery for infertility, repeated removal of mammary fibroadenomas. At the initial examination, there is a suspicion of a primary tumor in the rectum with metastatic lesions in the liver, pancreas and peritoneum according to the results of ultrasound diagnosis. Contrast enhanced MRI of the abdominal cavity and pelvic, colonoscopy, lung radiography and PET/CT were performed for the purpose of detailed differential diagnosis of the identified lesions.Conclusion: The multimodal approach in the differentiation of deep infiltrative endometriosis and malignant neoplasms using various methods of radiation diagnosis allows to assess the spread of the pathological process and determine the tactics of treatment of the patient in the shortest time.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дифференциальная диагностика</kwd><kwd>экстрагенитальный эндометриоз</kwd><kwd>метастазы колоректального рака</kwd><kwd>метастазы рака поджелудочной железы</kwd><kwd>клинический случай</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>differential diagnostics</kwd><kwd>infiltrative endometriosis</kwd><kwd>colorectal cancer</kwd><kwd>metastases lesions</kwd><kwd>clinical case</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">International Agency for Research on Cancer.
