Сначала проводилась ОСГ, затем ОФЭКТ/КТ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Больные разделены на 2 группы – с множественными и единичными метастазами. ОФЭКТ/КТ показала бoльшую эффективность в выявлении метастазов в костях, чем ОСГ. При ОСГ полное выявление метастазов в костях составило в обеих группах соответственно от 31 до 56 % по сравнению с данными ОФЭКТ/КТ. В ряде случаев (в обеих группах соответственно 4 и 9,5 % в зависимости от количества метастазов и их локализации) ОСГ оказалась не информативной, зафиксировано ложное отсутствие очагов поражения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: ОФЭКТ/КТ позволяет улучшить точность диагностики метастатического поражения скелета.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To define the diagnostic capabilities of SPECT/CT in comparison with whole body scintigraphy (WBS) in patients with bone metastases.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods: It was included 67 patients with bone metastases of breast cancer, prostate cancer and other tumors. The evaluation was included WBS and SPECT/CT.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Аll patients were divided into 2 groups – those with single and multiple metastases. SPECT/CT showed higher efficiency in detecting bone metastases than WBS. The full detection of bone metastases with WBS ranged from 31 to 56 % compared to SPECT/CT for groups respectively.
