С учетом местнораспространенного опухолевого процесса по данным методов лучевой диагностики пациенту выполнена радикальная адреналэктомия. По данным КТ через 5 лет после хирургического лечения выявлен местный рецидив. По результатам последующей ПЭТ/КТ с 18F-ФДГ отдаленных метастазов выявлено не было. После окончания комплексной терапии и периода наблюдения при контрольной ПЭТ/КТ диагностирован диссеминированный процесс.</p><p>Данное клиническое наблюдение демонстрирует возможности ПЭТ/КТ с 18F-ФДГ в определении при- знаков злокачественности объемных новообразований надпочечников, подтверждает ценность ПЭТ/КТ в случаях рестадирования адренокортикального рака, при подозрениях на рецидив заболевания и в диагностике метастатического поражения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Case report of adrenocortical carcinoma recurrence after adrenalectomy and combined treatment.</p><p>We report the case of a 46 year old man with silent adrenal mass. Imaging showed a large left adrenal mass with no evidence of distant metastasis. Complete surgical excision of the tumor was performed. After 5 years after surgical treatment, a local relapse of the disease was detected according to the results of CT, followed by PET/ CT with 18F-FDG — no evidence of distant metastases were detected.
