В настоящее время нет стандартизированных подходов к лечению данного состояния, что и предопределило цель нашего исследования: оценить возможности интервенционных радиологических технологий для восстановления целостности и проходимости мочеточников при их ятрогенном повреждении. В данной работе приведен опыт нашей клиники по нестандартному миниинвазивному лечению пациентов с применением методики «Рандеву», что позволило восстановить целостность верхних мочевых путей и естественный пассаж мочи без повторного хирургического вмешательства.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Iatrogenic intraoperative ureter injuries are rare complications in medical practice that can threaten to a patient ‘s life. There are no standardized approaches in the treatment of this condition.
